Point Reyes National Seashore

From its open grasslands to rocky cliffs descending to the Pacific Ocean, Point Reyes National Seashore is home to 38 endangered and threatened species as well as a variety of unique ecosystems. With support from the San Francisco Clean Cities Coalition in 2015, the park added two all-electric vehicles to its fleet and installed two private charging stations to support their expanded fleet of electric vehicles. This project is estimated to help the park reduce its annual emissions by nearly 4 million tons of CO2 and displace nearly 700 gasoline-gallon equivalents of petroleum per year.
